There’s no doubt that work has significantly changed over the past two years. As it continues to evolve, one thing remains constant: Employees want to work for companies whose values and culture align with their own.

That’s increasingly true for younger generations like millennials and Generation Z. A socially conscious group, Gen Z in particular seeks companies committed to diversity, equity and inclusion, environmental responsibility and social causes.

Such commitments are increasingly being integrated into company cultures. Where once free snacks, events and on-site amenities were the height of workplace perks, today they’re being supplanted – at least in part – by paid volunteer time off, flexible schedules and skills training.

The Business Journal once again partnered with Quantum Workplace to identify Greater Philadelphia’s Best Places to Work. This year’s list includes 76 companies from across the region, ranked by employee feedback.

Nominated by the public, employees from each company were asked to complete Quantum’s online survey. Responses from each completed survey were then compiled and evaluated. Companies are ranked and winners chosen in each of the categories by their composite score.

The survey measures each company’s culture and takes into consideration compensation, benefits and trust in senior leadership.

Consisting of five categories based on company size – micro, small, medium, large, and extra-large – the winners in each category will be revealed in a special print publication in late July.

Here are all of the 2022 Best Places to Work honorees for large companies, listed in alphabetical order:
